AEON CREDIT SERVICE CO., LTD., is an ISO 9001 certified company.
Quality Management System
Seven of our branch offices, our Customer Service Center and our headquarters-based divisions were all certified in January 2002 under the ISO 9001 international standard for quality management systems. These certifications covered our credit card business operations, including card issuing and customer support operations. Certification was expanded in January of 2003 to all branches and sales offices.
We have built our quality management system to support our customers and we continually review and revise that system as a means to enhance customer satisfaction.
